Scams and Theft

We do not tolerate attempts to scam or defraud members on Frenley. Our platform is meant to foster genuine connections, not take advantage of others.

Scams can come in many forms, including:

• Requests for money or financial assistance
• Fraudulent investment schemes
• Fake emergencies (such as needing urgent medical help or travel assistance)
• Lottery, inheritance, or prize scams
• Requests for banking information, passwords, or sensitive personal data
• Romance scams where the scammer pretends to develop a relationship in order to exploit or steal

Even if someone appears trustworthy, never share financial or personal information with anyone you’ve met on the platform. We recommend conducting all communications through Frenley’s messaging system and being cautious if someone asks to move to another app or platform quickly.

If someone is trying to scam or steal from you, report them immediately. Our team will review the report and take action as appropriate.

Stay alert and trust your instincts. If something feels off, it probably is.
